She is a pedagogue, a teacher of an elementary school. She worked in Kyiv secondary school #86, participated in the experimental educational program for the 6-year old children.

She underwent studies in the numerous training programs, in particular, in the program on trainer preparation, organized by the American Organization "Winrock International". Now she is studying the methods of geshtalt-therapy and psychodrama in the professional programs.

Natalia works with the women who suffer from gender violence, in particular, she provides consultations for women in crisis in the Kyiv city "Center of Work with Women"; she also works with the men.

One of the directions of her activity is consulting children; she is teaching the classes of psycho- gymnastics. She also gives consultations for the parents.

Natalia is interested in legal and social protection of women who suffer from violence on the gender basis.

She is one of the initiators of creation of the Internet newspaper "Family and Gender Equality". Natalia also works on spreading the materials on legal protection and overcoming the domestic violence, in particular, by means of the Internet. She is one of the editors of the newspaper and the co-leader of the forum on the problem of prevention and overcoming of violence on the gender basis. Besides, she is developing the booklets and notes on the problem of keeping human rights and children rights on the family level. In the network of the project "Striving for Gender Equality in the Political Life", aimed at support of women-electors, she developed a booklet "How to Read Political Programs".
