The main direction of Olga's activity is participation
in the implementation of socio- psychological projects, such as
"Prevention of Violence Against Women", "Socio-psychological
Support of the Children Who Suffer from Domestic Violence"
etc. She participates in the mentioned projects as a trainer and
as an author of the printed materials - booklets and notes: "A
Child and Its Rights", "Telling Child about the Human
Rights", "Can You Say "NO"?", "Who
and What Protects You?".
Olga is a trainer of the "Rozrada" Center,
of the Program "Authorized Education" and of the "School
of Equal Opportunities". She works with the training programs:
"Prevention of Violence Against Women", "Development
of Public Organizations", "Our Human Rights", "Effective
Leadership", "Gender Equality".
She works on development of a training program, aimed
at increase of self-esteem of the jobless people, at acquiring of
the skills necessary to be competitive in the labor market. Her
dream is to create a "Work Club" for the jobless women.
She pays a lot of attention to the problem of safety
of work with the computers. She developed a training program on
computer safety for schools and offices. She is the author of a
series of printed materials on this problem. She is a steady author
of the articles in the magazine "Computer in School and at
Home".
She is open to communication and cooperation.
