In 1981 she graduated from Kyiv Medical Institute. She underwent numerous educational psychological training programs, such as geshtalt-therapy, psycho-drama etc. Tetiana is working as a consultant with adults who have neuroses, depressions and family problems. One of the directions of her activity is support of women who suffer from psychological and physical violence, in particular, domestic violence. She provides psychological consultations in the Center "Rozrada" and Kyiv City Center of Work with the Women. She carries out training programs on personal growth and psychological support of the family.

Tetiana has prepared 4 popular booklets on the topics of overcoming domestic violence, child upbringing, in particular, the booklet "Your Child Is Not Self-Confident." She provides consultations for children who have problems with adaptation to the surrounding world, who are not self-assured, who have problems at school, problems with the health resulting from endured psychological traumas.

Tetiana is a trainer of the educational training programs "Prevention and Overcoming of Violence Against Women", "Psychological Work with a Family". She developed the author's training programs "Love or Codependence - the Need in Dependence and Its Psychological Price…", "A Young Family - Is It Difficult to Be Together?", "How the Stress Influences Your Health".

She is a leader of the psychological support groups for women and teenagers.

Tetiana is one of the editors of the Internet newspaper "Family and Gender Equality".
