Inna provides consultations on the topics of increasing self-esteem, personal growth, family conflicts. She works with women, men and couples. She provides consultations for the teenagers as well.

Inna is the leader of psychological support groups and personal growth groups, especially those for women. They help women to better understand themselves, their relations with the world and to make their lives more successful. She is the co-leader of the training program for women "I Am the Only and the Darling One for Myself...".

Inna carries out educational training programs for the professionals "Training Program for Trainers "Group Work"", "Work with a Family", "Preventing and Overcoming Violence Against Women".

Inna is a first stage trainer of the program on psychodramatic method teaching for the professional psychologists. She also carries out the training programs on NLP, communicational trainings etc.

She is the author of the popular booklets on the topics of overcoming violence against women, women's image, conflict resolution and of several booklets for the teenagers on the topic of better understanding of oneself.

One of her activity directions is organizational consulting, training programs on creating and working with a team, conflict resolution, personnel selection and employees diagnosing.
