In 1991 she graduated with honors from Kyiv State University named after Shevchenko, the specialization of psychologist. Besides, during 10 years she has been undergoing the studies on mastering skills of practical work with adults and children, in particular, the methods of fairytale therapy, symbol-drama. Now she is studying in a 3-year program on the methods of geshtalt-therapy and organizational consulting.

Since the time of Center creation Olena has been working as a child psychologist and has a substantial experience of work with the aggressive, insular, and anxious children, as well as with children who have difficulties of finding a common language with their peers.

Olena provides consultations for parents on the topic of adjusting relations with children.

As a child psychologist, she has prepared several booklets on different topics of child behavior: learning the skills of safe behavior, peculiarities of children's aggressiveness, ways of cope with one's negative feelings toward the other people.

Thanks to her ten-year experience, Olena has developed three educational programs for the professionals: "Psychological Work with Children - Pre-School And Younger School Children, And Teenagers".

She is the author and the trainer of the program "School for Parents".

Besides, Olena has a substantial experience of providing consultations for adults, in particular, women, on the topic of increasing self-esteem, self-value, self-reliance and self-determination. She is a co-leader of constantly working support group for women and of a training program for women "I Am the Only and the Darling One for Myself".

Olena also provides family consultations. She is also the co-author and a trainer of the program "Training Program for Trainers "Group Work""; she participates in various educational and training programs for the professionals, in particular, "Work with a Family", "Preventing and Overcoming Violence Against Women".

She has an experience of organizational consulting, psychological diagnosis of organization's employees, individual work with the top-managers.
